Things I LOVE...Day #10

TGIF...yea!  Hope your day was wonderful in every way! For Day #10 of my secret love reveal I'll share with you my love of...

SILK PEONIES

There's just something about these flowers that intrigue me...it's as simple as that!  To me, they are "Simply Irresistible"...in any color.

My personal fave...wonder why???

Here we have Veranda Peonies...5 x 5 size makes them perfect for just about any little spot!

How about this luscious deep red...gorgeous, ya think?

I truly think that with ANY color scheme you can't go wrong by adding one of these in white - to "soften" a hard surface. It's a great idea!  You can always use one atop a small stack of books on an end table...or coffee table for that matter.  They look incredible and are such a nice touch to the kitchen countertops too. 

Simple and easy...perhaps you love another type of flower...maybe tulips?  Any flower used will instantly cozy up the room...try it, you'll see!

Things I LOVE...Day #9

"Things I Love" for today is short and sweet...really sweet!  Now don't laugh, OK...I love CHOCOLATE COVERED CHERRIES! And let me tell you, I DO mean LOVE.  

Yum...I can almost taste them now!  Just one thing though, I only eat them during the Christmas holiday.  That's right and "Santa" always remembers to bring them for me-Ha!  He does!  There is never a year that's gone by that I don't get chocolate covered cherries...sometimes several boxes of them. 

"Select Maraschino cherries wrapped in a creamy fondant and covered in 100% milk chocolate."

Now what could be any better than that for the holidays? 

They are "Simply Irresistible" to me!

Things I Love...Day #8

Color...we all love color, right?  Well, how do you feel about the Power of PINK...which is a color I absolutely love!

This would indeed be my ideal pink bedroom (ah!  even pink palm trees on the walls!!)...paired with the crispness of white...good night dear readers....oh, OK - I'm not done yet!  

Now you will notice that on my days of Things I Love...you will NOT see...cooking!  I like to cook (OK I admit, only if I HAVE to!), but I certainly don't love it.  However, a girl might could change her opinion about that if this were the kitchen...visions of PINK everywhere!  Even the mixer...love it!

I just adore this splash of pink with this black and white...it's "Simply Irresistible" when paired together, I think. Not to mention all the other fun colors!

Even the pale pinks will do the trick for me...this is another yummy pairing of it with the crisp clean whites.  (I may just change rooms tonight....what do ya think?  This one is tempting too!)

Even a pink ceiling will work...for me!

I'm liking all these pinks...everywhere...and check out those mats in these prints...I think I'll be having breakfast HERE in the morning!!
