Easy Christmas Decorating Idea

The perfect holiday home doesn't necessarily mean that it all has to be complicated, expensive, and time-consuming.  Some of it can be rather simple and still make a huge impact on your surroundings for Christmas.

There are many area or niches in your home that you could work in a few of these...

Apothecary jars...vintage or new...filled with anything used at Christmas!  Here is a great idea using colored bulbs.

I love the look of using sets of three...each filled with something different.  How do you like these with bows, ornaments, and candy canes?  It makes such a nice pop of color too!

Here it is using the traditional colors of red and green (but you can use ANY colors).  These are filled with the bows, ornaments...and M-n-M's (better have some refill candy on hand, right?).

See...any colors would work!

Here's a delightful set using all candy and even home-made tags and lovely ribbon to dress it up even more.

So there, you have it...simple and easy ways to add some holiday cheer around your home this year.  If you are wondering where to display these... here's a tip...kitchen counter, table centerpiece, foyer table, mantel, bathroom counter (maybe not candy here) or maybe on a guest bedroom dresser.

Now, do tell, do YOU use apothecary jars to decorate for the holidays?  If so, share with us what you use to fill them with!

Have a "Simply Irresistible" Weekend!
