This room "pops" this color in the lamp shades (aren't they great!!), the contrast border on the drapery panels, and on the pillows.
Another great way to add in this bright and bold color (or any color for that matter) is to use it in some small accessories...like books or book covers. You can even cover some of the books you may already have with "jackets" that you can make yourself in paper that is this color...how easy is that for that extra "pop" of fun.
Here is another example of just some simple ways to add in this color...even with flowers!
"Tangerine" Tango...then why not display the color with the fruit? This is always a nice touch on the kitchen counter tops.
If you want a little stronger "bold" in your room you can add it on the walls and bedding.
A bold dash of this color in artwork is another great way to add some "pop" in a room. If you are a little afraid to introduce a new color in your room this can be a great way to do it.
And ladies...how much more fun would laundry be if we added in some bright fun colors to the laundry area...a cheerful, bright place? I believe it would make all the difference in the world to tackle this otherwise dreaded chore. Try it!
And "if" this is a color you can handle...it's actually a great look painted on a wall. Could you...would you...be this daring?
Now I LOVE these colorful bar stools in this white kitchen. This is a wonderful way to add in this color!
Or...pop some fun into your room with a great rug like this!
And gourd lamps, which by the way I still love...in this color...what fun! Love the garden stool too!
More fun with this color in nightstands...what fun in here! Could you try this way? I believe I could.
Now, this tile I absolutely LOVE...do you? What a great way to spruce up any bathroom!
Or...maybe you are daring enough to even greet your guests with this bold color that is full of energy...at the front door itself.
Well, I believe this should give us lots of energy to start off our brand new week...don't you? What is your take on this new color of the year? Do you like it...or dislike it? Could you use a little of this color in your surroundings this year...with colors that you may already have (such a blue, black, or maybe even green, etc.)? It CAN happen you know! Make your dreams a reality this year!
Have a "Simply Irresistible" Day!
